Find an invoice in the worklist

Use the Supplier Invoices List (F1060A) app to search for and filter supplier invoices. Start with information you have from the invoice, then narrow the result set using the filters available in the app. The Worklist and Search documentation describes the app’s search and filter scope.

  1. Open Supplier Invoices List from your launchpad.
  2. Enter a known search term or select an appropriate filter offered on the page.
  3. Apply the search and review the matching rows.
  4. Open the invoice you intend to check and review the details shown there.

When the result set is large, add filters incrementally so you can see which selection narrows the search as expected. Record the search criteria you used if another operator needs to reproduce the result.

If you need to create an invoice before looking it up, see Create a supplier invoice. This list-and-status workflow is separate from classic transaction-oriented invoice entry such as MIRO invoice entry.

Read the displayed processing status

Treat the status displayed for a result as a useful indicator of its current processing position, then open the invoice to inspect its available details. Use the invoice’s displayed information and available actions to decide what to investigate next; a list status by itself may not explain why a document reached that point.

For a blocked invoice, follow the relevant release process for your configuration and role. The operational guide to supplier invoice release blocks covers that related investigation. Keep the invoice identifier and the status you observed together when handing the case to another team.

Troubleshoot invoices that do not appear

If a known invoice is missing from the results, check the search scope before assuming the document is absent:

  • Remove unnecessary filter selections and search again.
  • Broaden the search term, then add filters one at a time.
  • Confirm that the invoice belongs to the expected system and that you are using the Supplier Invoices List app.
  • Check whether the invoice source is within the sources covered by the app’s documented worklist scope.
  • If the record still does not appear, share the invoice reference, search criteria, and the result of each check with the team responsible for the process.

The app’s available search and filter behavior is defined by its documented scope. Confirm that scope before comparing results with another invoice-entry or processing route.

Use a repeatable review sequence

A consistent sequence makes status checks easier to repeat: search using a known reference, narrow the list with available filters, open the matching invoice, and record the status and details relevant to the next action. Keep the investigation focused on the invoice record rather than inferring a cause from the list status alone.
