CertPas collects the minimum information needed to provide accounts, learning progress, purchases, access rights, support, security, and legal compliance.

Information we use

Email address, account identifiers, learning activity, purchase and access records, support messages, and technical logs may be processed. Card numbers and CVC are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by CertPas.

Purpose and retention

We use information to provide the service, prevent abuse, respond to requests, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the purpose and applicable law.

Service providers and rights

Hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payment providers may process data on our behalf. Contact support@certpas.com for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
