Refund Policy

Because CertPas sells digital learning access, request a refund promptly if you cannot access the purchased product or if a material technical issue prevents use.

Send the order email and a description of the issue to support@certpas.com. We review requests under the applicable consumer and payment rules. Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or account sharing may result in access suspension.

Approved refunds revoke or suspend the related access entitlement where appropriate. Payment-provider terms may also apply.
